Abstract Submission Guideline

Abstracts must be submitted through the online system and will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
Please review the submission guidelines before submitting your abstract.

Submission Process

  • Submission Complete the required information for abstract submission and click the “Submit Abstract” button.
  • Confirmation After submitting your abstract, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to you.
  • Modification You may review and modify your abstract until the abstract submission deadline.
  • Notification The abstract acceptance notification will be sent to you via email.

General Guideline

  • Abstracts must be written in English.
  • The abstract body should not exceed 300 words.
    (The title, author names, and affiliations are not included in the word count.)
  • Each abstract should include a title, author names and affiliations, abstract body, and keywords.
  • A confirmation email will be sent after the abstract has been submitted.
  • Authors may review and modify their abstracts until the abstract submission deadline.

Withdrawal Policy

  • If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify it to the secretariat via email (info@kagpic.org).
